Harbor no illusions. This little corner shop serves fine food, but if you're looking for atmosphere, free WiFi, and any espresso drinks...then look elsewhere.
I walked past a bunch of upscale coffee shops and the like to get to this place. It's firmly rooted in the Tenderloin District, and the clientele reflected the neighborhood...mostly funky, some working people, but everyone looking for a hearty breakfast.
Two guys were running the place this day. One was on the grill, and another took orders and distributed the results. Here are a couple of examples: two eggs, toast, hash browns and two slices of bacon- $4; omelet with jack cheese, avocado, and salsa, rye toast, and hashbrowns - $5.75.
The value is high, but the place is again...a little funky.
