Not many Korean restaurants serve Sul Long Tang nowadays. If you don't know what it is, it is a type of beef soup that has been cooked with leg bones of beef for several days until the broth turns opaque white. It is rich yet not greasy. The Sul Long Tang in Jang Soo BBQ is delicious! It is not on the menu, so you have to ask the waitress for it.
We also asked for Kalbi Chib, which is a beef short rib stew. It is a bit sweeter than I'm used to but still really delicious.
Their multigrain rice with beans was cooked just perfectly. The beans was soft but not soggy. The rice was firm but tender.
I really enjoyed the food here and will be back again soon. Highly recommended!
