Right on the ocean, sunlight can be intense in the mid-afternoon as the windows face west. Service was so-so, odd the waitress was unfamiliar with the term "draft beer" since it is a brewery restaurant. Our food order took almost an hour to arrive during which time no bread was served so we just sat and waited with our drinks (ice tea and water not refilled until food arrived). My hamburger and sweet potato fries were cold(!). The guy at the table next to us also ordered the hamburger, and 45-minutes later he was still waiting for his order. Food is average, entree prices can be staggering for a place like this. Expect to spend at least a few hours for lunch waiting for a table and then for your food. Best to order a salad, which is supposed to be served room temperature unless you like your hot food served cold. Many better options in San Francisco.
