Outstanding service, ambiance, and food. This is a place to eat at for special occasions.

Service: Taj Hotels owns this, & is a leading Indian hotel chain. There service is impeccable & staff are trained to make you happy. The service at this hotel is no different. Expect the best. The staff are really focused on you & they will cater what they serve to your dietary needs.

Ambiance: Nice quiet but not stuffy atmosphere. The seating area is limited. You should plan on spending 2-4 hours here depending on the # of items you want in the tasting menu.

Food: The food served here is upscale, with unique items, & many items that are Indian fusion. This is the place to eat if you want to try items you will not get anywhere else. The food comes in small portions & they will bring it to you at the pace you want.

My wife & I had the vegetarian tasting menu & have no regrets. We also added some of their expensive truffles to one dish, had non alcoholic Navarro wine, vegetarian cheese, & mint lemonade.

This is truly one of the top restaurants in the world.

Rahul Nair, their Director Food & Beverage, is truly a gem for his service & friendliness. Victoria who served us was very good.

we came to dinner expecting a stuffy old fashioned place. Instead we got trendy south Asian food that was superb.

Had the three courses and not the six course taster. We added a small pasta course with shaved white truffles. Our four courses came with an additional number, three or four, little dishes/amuse bouches. So in total we must have had seven or so courses.

Each dish was thoughtful and lovely. Our appetizer was presented in a dish on top of a plate with rocks and dry ice. They poured water over the dry ice to make a fog under the dish. Quite delightful.

Well located restaurant. Quiet so easy to chat to friends. Service was friendly, knowlegeable and good.

While quite pricey is not ultra expensive and a lovely evening out
