Let's see: It takes close to fifteen minutes for someone to come and take our order. The waitress is foreign so there's a little bit of a communication barrier. She doesn't even write the order down. The appetizer comes AFTER our meal. The fish and chips, as well as the calamari, are barely luke warm when they arrive. The waitress forgets our dressing for the Shrimp and Crab Louie. She tells us she has to go upstairs for it so it may take awhile. By the time she comes back with the dressing everyone else is done with their meals. We ask to speak with a manager. We wait close to half an hour, the entire time being painfully polite as the waitress continues to come over and tell us he is very busy on the upper level of the restaurant due to the large crowd there. We go up and the place is relatively empty. One of the hostesses tells us it's a quiet evening. Manager never comes, though he does knock the bill in half. That wasn't even the point! Up until dinner we had had a magical day in the city. The dinner didn't really ruin our day, but it sure did put a damper on it. Next time we'll just do In and Out burgers and save the money.
