We visited Co Nam on a Friday evening. It's on Polk Street, which is not the gastronomic center of SF (if there is one) but a street that has an eclectic collection of shops and eateries. It's a neighborhood, not a tourist destination. The food was really good. We don't claim to be experts in Vietnamese cuisine, but we know what we like and we liked what we ate here. Great, friendly service too. We plan to go back soon.
