My children and I enjoyed a wonderful meal by the pier, and Heather was one of the kindest, most amazing servers we've ever encountered. Our meal was around $160 for a party of four (2 Adult, 2 Kids meals, drinks & gratuity)... and so worth it. Thanks, Scoma's!

We dined at Scoma’s tonight on the recommendation of a good friend. The food and service was exceptional! Our waiter Jean Marc was extremely attentive. The seafood was so fresh! We had the sole and it was delicious...Thank you!

First time at the restaurant and ordered the Lazy Man’s” Cioppino at a friend's suggestion. I can honestly say that it was The Best Fish/Seafood dish I have ever had...anywhere in the world. Yes, anywhere in the world. The seafood in the tomato base sauce was incredible. If I had the time, money, or stomach, I would have had a second portion. It was that good. I would highly recommend this restaurant and dish.

Our entire family loves Seafood, so this turned out to be a great choice for our group of eight people. We liked the fact that this Restaurant was a little further away from the crowds, since it is tucked away on a small dock in a little alleyway. They also have their own boats and receiving station right there, so we know that their Seafood is fresh. We had prior reservations, and therefore were able to get a nice table by the window with a view of the water.

We ordered a variety of dishes between us – Halibut, Swordfish, Shrimp, Wild Cod, Surf and Turf, and even a Mixed Grill. The serving sizes were generous, and everyone raved about their respective dishes. Mine was a Caesar Salad and Crab Cakes. Both were the best I have had in a long time. The Cannoli Dessert was to die for.

Our server Sonny J was fantastic. He took all the orders, made no errors, paced them perfectly, and made sure that our water glasses and drinks were always available when we needed them.

It was a fabulous dinner, and now that we have close family here in San Francisco, we are bound to return.

This place had high recommendations nice place but the service was poor. The food is good and a bit pricey. The server was so busy he couldn't keep up with the tables, a lot of people there working but no one helps each other, its unfortunate. Waited for ever for some wine at our table then he brought us dirty wine glasses. We ordered and he could have mentioned maybe we have ordered a bit much but no recommendations at all. We were not impressed as the bill was expensive for what we got and for the service. Great location but help your servers if they are busy or don't give them as many tables.
