We were a party of four with reservations and were seated immediately and politely. The menu is varied and offers options of meat, vegetarian, seafood, etc. We each tried a soup. Mine was the sweet and sour vegetarian. It was served piping hot and freshly made. There was a lithe "kick" in the broth, but nothing too strong. In short, it was pleasant, great tasting and a perfect way to start dinner. Our host ordered a huge platter of Dim Sum as a communal dish. They were fresh and many different kinds. All were good! Next, each of us ordered a separate entrée and shared them.
Mine was sweet and sour pork with a thick, yummy sauce. It was served with vegetables that made a good sized portioned plate. We ordered a deep, red Italian wine which complemented all of our entrée choices. Dessert was a curried ice cream! Mild, tasty and also freshly made.
Service was impeccable attentive without being intrusive. Our captain saw that the courses came as required and each waiter was pleasant and courteous.
All in all, a wonderful evening out in a fantastically decorated, large room with views of the street below. The bar scene near the entrance was lively and crowded. It might be a great watering hole for a drink after work.
Bring lots of $$$$ since the prices are as high as the food!
