Description: Zazie is a small neighborhood bistro in a historic building in Cole Valley, near the upper Haight and UCSF with a gorgeous well heated garden patio. We are famous for our American style brunch, served seven days/ week, but dinner is the hidden gem- country French cooking at it's best served with warmth.

I always make it a point to make a trip out to Zazie when I'm in town! Came in on a Thursday morning at 815am and there were only 2 other tables. Towards the end of our meal, more people started trickling in. I would recommend coming on a weekday if you're able to! Expect a wait if you're here on a weekend for brunch! I always get the La Mer Benedict! The boy ordered an egg scramble and thought it was amazing. We also shared a trio type deal.. Consisted of two pancakes and a French toast. Amazing!! Can't wait to go back!

This place was packed, overflowing on the sidewalk when we got there for a Saturday brunch around noon. That speaks volumes to the number of people who wait just for their chance to dine here.

Delicious and fresh food. Yummy mimosas. Delightful service and environment.

If you are ever in town and have the chance to grab a bite here - I highly recommend the Albert Benedict!

Be prepared to wait in line outside for a while, but once you get it, the food is awesome. Lovely little area out back too if you don't mind waiting a bit longer.

We made our first trip to Zazie last weekend and it will be the first of many, I hope! The decor was inviting - the service was friendly - and the food was fantastic. Add a delightful neighborhood setting, and it adds up to someplace we'd like to return!

Our son brought us here; the wait was short, and we sat in the back patio. It's a very pretty setting, and as there was a chill in the air, we were happy the heaters were on. We were all tempted by the mimosas, and as the waitress said, "It is Saturday after all!" One of us had the ginger mimosa and enjoyed it very much. Our orders included a perfectly cooked poached egg, home fries, a bagel with cream cheese, tomato and basil, and the St. Trop poached eggs with salmon, red onion and capers. Everything was delicious, and we would definitely return.
