We lived just around the block and stopped by one night since the place looked popular and cosy. And that was not a bad choice. We started with sharing a guacamole and boy was it good. It is one of the best I have ever tried and it came with some great mexican chips.
For dinner we both had the Tamales and they were great as well. The servings are big and the prices are very reasonable.
We wanted to know who the chef was and got a talk with and his boyfriend. They are called Berry and Erin and they bought the place about half a year ago and they were the perfect hosts. One was in the kitchen and the other was taking care of the guests and the service.
I can just say go if you live in the neighbourhood - if not it is worth a ride with Bart to get there.
