Went there in a group of 4. The waiters were (as expected) not nice at all. The food however was great and very cheap.

Overall
- You will not likely be disappointed as the food quality is excellent and rivals some of the best traditional chinese restaurants, not just in SF, but also Toronto, Sydney, Hong Kong, and Vancouver
- Nothing particularly fancy so great value for money
-Typical white tablecloths on round tables and usual efficient setting and cleaning, so a true chinese restaurant experience
- Very busy but we (a group of 3) waited about 5 minutes for a table on a Sat night (between 7 and 8pm)
- A bit noisy for some but there are probably only a handful of chinese restaurants that aren't

Details
-This restaurant was only a few blocks from our hotel and after reading the reviews, we decided to opt for it. It ended up a great choice as the food was cooked fresh with excellent taste.
-The sweet and sour pork (just under $10) was to die for, the seafood soup had a great texture and consistency and had plenty of seafood in it, the rice came in a bowl that was well more than we could eat, tea was filled quickly, and the cold meat appetizer had fresh pork and chicken on it.
-From viewing orders on other tables, we could tell the portions were generous, even for the lobster and vegetarian options
-Service was prompt, with no time pressures to leave, as in other chinese restaurants
-I would definitely come back here again and again...let's just say that if I lived in SF, I would probably be a regular!

Great food, excellent, attentive service, good prices. A wide variety of menu items to choose from and everything my family and I ordered was excellent!

Restaurant accepted our reservation and on arrival dishonored it. Long wait, too noisy. Overshadowed the meal which was quite nice

Chaos greets you when you arrive - but find the front desk, grab a ticket number and take it all in. We were brave and tried new dishes - food was good and a wide variety. Service was ok but you have to fend for yourself a bit.
