“Friendly, good food and fast!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 28, 2011

We stopped in with a friend for a quick bite before a show. The food was good- we had the tuna tartare, mac'n'cheese (a bit too strong on the bleu cheese) and pork sliders plus cocktails.

The server was great and she took care of us knowing we were short on time to get to the show at the ACT. Thank you!!!

“Low key, lounge like, neighborhood bar”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 21, 2009

Never one of my first choice bars, I am always pleasantly surprised when I go to Solstice.

Space is large and appointed like a cushiony living room with a sunken lounge on the side. Bar usually has a good crowd, a decent drink special ($2 beers on Wednesday for example) and, often, has live music. Noise level can get pretty loud in the main room which makes it tough for quiet conversation, especially if they have live music.

Food is small, tapas style and pretty good. Even if you're just going for drinks, try the edamame with smoke sea salt which are amazing!
