Stayed a week in San Francisco at Club Quarters and found the staff friendly and attentive. The rooms are not plush but are conducive to getting your work done, are clean, and quiet. The hotel is located centrally in the fi-Di and is a great value. They offer free Internet that works well, have coffee and fruit and snacks available, and it is a safe environment with good security features.
The desk manager Lenin is really attentive and greets guests in a personal manner. My housekeeper was outstanding and the level of cleanliness was a nice surprise in this price point. I will definitely look for other Club Quarters hotels as I travel from now on.

A traveler on business does not need a lot. This place provides an abundance anyways. Firstly, it is in a great location. Has free wi-fi, coffee (good coffee), and a great lounge to meet with clients and relax. The fitness room is modest but adequate. The restaurant attached is a good choice to unwind but conducive for a business luncheon. The staff at the desk were great and a lot of fun.

Rooms are on the small side but are efficient and comfortable. The room and hotel for that matter is very clean and modern. There is a great roof top deck as well where you can enjoy the view.

Recommend for a single traveler as the rooms a smaller than one would expect.

Room Tip: 11th floor roof top deck is great.

A good find. My company has a membership and this is the first time I stayed at at Club Quarters. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the service is very friendly. Lennin was very helpful and a true professional.

I stay at the Club Quarters frequently due to work, I am fortunate to do so. In addition to the wonderful amenities offered, the staff go way above and beyond in ensuring a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out.
Most recently, l inadvertently left a pen (with tremendous sentimental value for my now 'passed' brother in law) in my room. I didn't realize it until I was at the airport at which time I called the hotel and left a message. Upon arriving in New York I had a message from John in lost and found that the staff retrieved the pen and would have it for me when I returned in three days...that was today and I now have my pen.
Beyond this anecdote though, so many little things that add up from the helpfulness in locating a theater or restaurant to getting tickets to an attraction, the staff is consistently head and shoulders above so many places I stay. As and airline captain, I stay at LOTS of places!
Kudos and a hat tip to the Club Quarters, San Francisco.

Stayed here for just 2 nights but very happy with our stay. The hotel is in the financial district, and really well placed for access to the Embacadero, Ferry building etc and just 10 minutes walk to
Market. It's opposite the meridian hotel and half the price. We were upgraded to a spacious superior room, having booked a small double. Very clean, everything you need, comfy bed, free (though sluggish) wi if in the room, fridge, microwave, cutlery etc. if you wish to self cater, though good food is readily available in San Francisco, so we did not eat in. Easy to get to most places from here and yet nicer than the Union Square or Fisherman's Wharf tourist areas. Room rate was really reasonable for this city. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room Tip: We were at the back on the 8th floor and it was very quiet indeed, even with the window open.

This Club quarters is conveniently located in San Francisco on the Clay street which is in the Financial District. The check in is very fast. The hotel staff are also courteous. The only drawback is the size of the rooms. They are too small. The gallery to the rooms appears similar to a Jail gallary. but i liked the free water machine provided at each floor. The restaurent downstairs serves variety of good food. You also have a Starbucks down so in terms of food and coffee you are well coverred. To conclude an ok hotel for a shrot stay....

I stayed 3 nights while at a conference. Convenient location; clean, comfortable room; helpful service. The fitness room was being renovated, but Haris provided me with complementary passes to a fitness club just two blocks away. I would definitely stay here again
