This was a great place that we ate at while visiting the SF area. The food was amazing and very fresh. We were not dissapointed with our meal here. It is a bit small inside so you may have to share a long table with another party but other than that there are no surprises here. Very busy while we were there so clearly lots of people like it!

This restaurant was less than a block from our hotel in SF on Divisadero and we found it through searching TripAdvisor. The reviews were good so we were very keen to try it out.

The format of the restaurant is to place your order at the counter, pay and get a number then go and find a table to wait for your food. We went on a Saturday night and finding a table was the hard part!! We waited for over half an hour for a table to become free as people were enjoying a drink but we had some chips and guacamole to keep us company so it wasn't too much of a hardship.

When a table became free, we shared it with some other people that had been waiting and our food arrived (it had been ready earlier but they waited for us to find seating). We both had super-burritos, one chicken, one chorizo, which come with a cabbage salad. The food was really delicious and totally worth the wait.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is lively and it can be a little noisy but I think it added to the character of the place.

Stumbled upon this cute little place on our trip to San Fran a few wks ago. Been to Mexico many times and this was pretty authentic. Had 2 kids (6&8) with us and they loved it. Guacamole with all the right flavors served with yummy tortilla chips. Nachos were awesome (although missing refried beans?)....my husband had the chorizo quesadilla and he was wowed. Can't beat the atmosphere and the price. It's on a great street too -Divisadero, just north of Haight.... lots of little shops & cafes to poke into. Loved SF and will go back to this restaurant!

We ordered a little bit too much. Hahah 2 person, 2 salads, nachos, burrito .. They asked us : are U sure!? So cute, yeah we were super hungry and ate most of it, took the rest home .. Everything was delicious ,price worth. Staff cool and friendly, a familiar seats situtation, big table , 4 pair of people seated .. Ok when you don't have a noisy neighbor;)

Was recommended & still surprised. Authentic food, staff & atmosphere. Very friendly. Loved the beer too! And was child friendly as we had a child in a stroller.
