Description: Fun ice cream place that makes ice cream in front of your eyes by using liquid nitrogen.

It was an unique experience, watching juice turns into ice cream right in front of you. It was a bit expensive, to say the least. The ice cream itself tasted alright. Nothing to rave about, it was not too sweet, which was good. the ice cream tasted like a fusion between ice cream and sorbet. Anyways, its one of those things, you walked by, stick your head in the place, and decided to try it for once.... And once was enough.

We walked in for dessert. The place smelled. There were no tables - just a narrow piece where one could sit - cement slab floor. The place was very offensive. The menu was extremely limited - no ice cream display. We walked out.

The way they make the ice cream with the liquid nitrogen is very cool. The flavor i tried didn't taste how i expected. The cookie dough with pretzels tasted like creamy vanilla.

LOVE love love this place. Bumped into it (it's really a little stand) after having dinner in the area. The deal is that they make ice cream with liquid nitrogen and blend it in a specal machine that makes the smalles possible ice crystals. The result is super smooth and creamy ice cream. My only disappointment is that the machine making "Classic Vanilla" (my fave) was broken. I "had" to settle for chocolate which was really amazing. It was rich chocolate flavor and soooo smooth. It was fun and different and really tasty. Check this place out for sure!

This is an experience not just an ice cream shop. Liquid nitrogen is used to make each portion to order, no chemicals or emulsifiers or anything but pure goodness. About 4-6 flavors a day. We tried salted caramel the flavor of the day, it seems and it was delicious. We also had earl grey which I liked as well.

And yes it's pricey but worth it!
