LOVE love love this place. Bumped into it (it's really a little stand) after having dinner in the area. The deal is that they make ice cream with liquid nitrogen and blend it in a specal machine that makes the smalles possible ice crystals. The result is super smooth and creamy ice cream. My only disappointment is that the machine making "Classic Vanilla" (my fave) was broken. I "had" to settle for chocolate which was really amazing. It was rich chocolate flavor and soooo smooth. It was fun and different and really tasty. Check this place out for sure!
