one of my favorite Hotels in the US especially in San Francisco. The Lady in the Bar found my wallet which I lost, she was so helpful and thanks to her she saved my live.....Thank you again very much!!!!!

Weekend workshop trip. Hotel staff was gracious. Concierge team was on it. Great suggestions. Good central location for exploring Chinatown, Financial District, Union Square, Nob Hill and North Beach. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and wine bars within walking distance or a short Uber ride. BART station was 15 minute leisurely walk. Ferry building was highlight ( foodie heaven). 8th floor was quiet at night. Would stay again if in area.

Room Tip: 8th floor was quiet.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Omni San Francisco for three nights as we were their for a conference. Checkin was smooth and we were able to get in the room prior to check in time. However, we found out checkin would have been even quicker if we checked in online. They had keys waiting for you if you did. We were always greeted by a door and a doorman was staged appropriately to welcome us and wish us farewell. They had a different infused water in the hotel each day. The room was clean and they offered Free standard internet for Omni reward members. The location was great in the heart of the financial district. There are two things that set this experience above the rest. 1. For reward Members they offer a free coffee or juice delivery to your room in the AM. 2. They accidentally brought us up a cheese plate amenity. When I told the room service attendant that we didn't match the name on the amenity; he apologized and returned with another Amenity for the inconvenience.

A suggestion for Chinese guests: this hotel is quite comfortable, in terms of traffic, room service, check-in/out....as well as room quality and cleaness. Even you have issue about your travel plan, the receptionist will assist you in a very kind way. Of course, I hope you, same as me, can speak English well. Most of time, the misunderstanding comes from English, not from the attitude of staff.

Everything at the hotel was as described. The hotel provide an excelent service. This time I was in San Francisco for business but this Hotel seems great also for holidays. The rooms are clean, and comfortable. Location is super good.
