“Good value for money”
Reviewed May 16, 2013

I stayed here for 6 days during a conference. The WiFi was free, fast and very stable which was a real plus for us as it made life very easy. The service was carried out daily to a good standard. All personnel were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and tasty. All and all I thought it was a very good deal. I would go back again.

Check-in was seamless at almost midnight. Staff was exceedingly friendly throughout the few days I was there. The room was spacious, nice flat screen TV, good sized bathroom/shower and of course free WiFi. Really nothing to complain about regarding the room or the staff. I did get a chance to use the whirlpool, which was very relaxing. I didn't go into the pool, but it appeared clean albeit small. My only complaint would be the price of breakfast; $15.95 for a Continental Breakfast with nothing hot except for oatmeal. The food was great, but that was a steep price to pay. I ended up picking up some cereal bowls and milk from the local 7-11 which was perfect and much cheaper. All in all, this was a great place to stay and only a mere two blocks from the office.

We stayed here because we were able to walk to AT&T park for a few ball games. The room was up to Marriott standards. Everything was clean, well appointed and well maintained. Something I noticed about Marriott's lately is that they have shifted to a lower grade of soap..or so it seems to me across their system.
We'd stay here again. Note that parking was $53+/- a night but that didn't seem out of the ordinary.

We had one of the king suites as wanted a pull out bed as well as the bedroom. Very good spacious rooms with city view - and opening windows, a feature we really like. Easy walking distance to Market St and Union Square. For the price we found this very good value as it cost the same as a small room we had stayed in close to Union Square before - so whilst in a different location, felt like we got more for our money. Breakfast not included - but the recommended Grove café a couple of blocks away was great. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Stayed 5 nights at this Hotel. Room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Kids made the most of the indoor pool and spa pool on the 2nd floor. There is also a gym next to the pool which we also used. This hotel is a good 15 min walk to Union Square and about a 5 min walk to Market Street but an easy walk to AT&T park when we went to a Giants game. The only negative about this hotel is that the shampoo and conditioner bottles are too small for 4 pax. There needs to be a change of supplier of these as the conditioner didn't work at all and my daughter spent a bit of time detangling her hair!

Wanted a clean, average hotel within walking distance to AT&T park, with some restaurants close by, parking(50$ a nite and worth it) friendly staff, really nice comfy lobby, Starbucks in building, I like the atmosphere. For SF it was just fine. The only thing i didnt like was the bathroom fan, which you cant hear, and it works slowly.

Enjoyed a one-night stay here. Received open arms welcome despite asking to check in at 10 a.m. Was able to work in room and unpack before an afternoon Giants game - 5 block walk to AT&T Park is a breeze. Staff was excellent from valet greeting ($47 a day is steep costs to park however). Starbucks in lobby was great. Rooms are large sized and quiet.
