We stayed 5 nights in a room without view to outside but as we were mostly outside this was not a big problem.
The room was large enough, the bed was very good and the bathroom was ok. The personnal very kind.
The breakfast can be a problem if you arrive at 8 am as we did in first day because is too crowd this means very very cvroud. So the following days we went to the breakfast at 7 am and was ok. Just ok no more because the variedity was not great and the plates were paper plates and the cutlery in plastic and I don´t like the system.
I beleive the Fisherman´s Wharf is the best place to stay to visit San Francisco and there are lots of hotels there but the Holiday Inn Express can be a reasonable option.More
