This is a really fun way for a family to spend an evening in San Francisco. The show is fun, the little theater is really intimate, and the audience participation makes it entertaining. Some of the illusions are just astonishing. Peter is dedicated and is making a go of a career doing what he loves. That makes it even more fun to watch!

The venue is slightly creepy in the lower level under a Moroccan Restaurant, but don't let that stop you. Take the advise of everyone who has reviewed the show and get there early. Peter Morrison, the magician, will personally greet you. There is a selection of well prepared Mediterranean snacks from the restaurant upstairs along with drinks, but the real reason to come early is the table side magic. Peter started life in sales. He must have been great at it as he is a real charmer. In his Spatz, bow tie and slicked back hair he looks like he stepped out of a photograph from the late 1920's which fits with his penchant for classical magic. While performing for you he is also sizing you up for which audience members to "volunteer" later in the show. You move from the lounge to the tiny theater for the actual show. The room is holds fewer than 40. This is up close magic at its best. Peter is funny
but never at the expense of his audience. He gives the impression of having a great
time performing and wants everyone to have a great time
with him. A delight for kids and adults alike.

The Marrakech Magic show was really fun. We laughed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The show was great. The theatre is really small and intimate and Peter gets to know people's names quickly so he'll call people out of the audience to help with tricks. All in all I would absolutely recommend it as an evening out. We went before the show as so many people had advised. The menu is really small and is Mediterranean food which is a bit overpriced. We got hummus and a kabob. I would recommend going before the show because Peter starts doing tricks and he's a great magician, but I would recommend eating elsewhere and then having a drink while visiting. (Basically don't go hungry.)

My partner and I are forever the sceptics always trying to work out how each trick was done even now days later we discuss how he could have done some of the things! We were so impressed with the show! The magician was incredibly friendly and welcoming and it was so nice being part of a intimate audience! Highly recommend!!

Peter the Magician was amazing! The price is very affordable, the seating is intimate (no bad seats), and it's appropriate for all. We came an hour early and ate small plates of food and a glass of wine. Peter came out during eating and talked with everyone (and performed tricks). I'm very happy that I went to the show! Great time!
