Be sure to get Kenneth, calm driver, knows his city, does a little singing and has a great sense of comedy. The tour was a wonderful way to get the most out of the areas you might not be able to go see. The photostops are a great way to get those wonderful views you can get from this city.

On Sat Dec 8 we had a reservation for the X-mas light tour leaving at 6:30 PM from Fisherman’s wharf. We parked our car at the wharf and felt we had enough time for the 2 hour limit as the tour was advertised as a 90 minute tour. We arrived at the site and unfortunately the tour did not leave till 6:45…which can be expected as tours do run late but still giving us enough time to get back to our car. Unfortunately it went downhill from there…the tour lasted approximately two and a half hours. We had two stops that lasted over 30 minutes including a local hotel which was very uncomfortable going in as we weren’t dressed for that type of hotel (i.e. suit and tie). We then proceeded to Treasure Island for an overextended time that lasted over 20 minutes. During the trip the intercom was broken and Christmas lights were limited. Traffic was moderate but not enough to cause the trip to be that long. Of course after coming back to the vehicle I was ticketed and luckily not towed

I have read some of the other reviews and can agree that the tour itself takes a long time to go around. However, you do stop at all the main sights which takes time. We were fortunate to be on Willie's trolley first up and he made the trip fun and interesting. He was entertaining and informative and although we froze up on top of the trolley, we still enjoyed the tour! He picked us up on our second time around and it was just as enjoyable. Willie also took us on the Christmas Light tour at night and we laughed all the way through it. This was just a night time version of the day tour, pretty much, but the lights were beautiful and we met some lovely people. Thanks Willie for the wonderful tours of SF.

i have booked through viator. they have the best deal online but not worth it as they have the least number of buses to go around. i waited for 30-50 minutes just to wait for the hop on hop off bus. when the shuttle bus came and mentioned it to him, he didn't believed me as he said 20 minutes is usually the waiting time. in short, he didn't believe me! since i have shown dismay, he apologized.
i have met few tour guides on the hop on hop off but 3 out of 5 were average in knowledge and there was this one guide who didn't know his craft and asking his partner for some facts. PAUL was the best as he was putting effort on his guiding with matching music and advised us where to go and the best thing to do.
will never book anything on super sight seeing again!!!

They say there is a bus coming. You will wait. See other buses take people on their tour. And still you wait. Need a bathroom. Sorry you get to go around the corner to the Holiday Inn. Forget that sign about being a customer. BUYER BEWARE.

We final got tired of waiting and made our way home by ourselves. Waited an hour for their Damn bus but wrote this review during that time.
