We were visiting San Francisco over the holiday and booked our New Year's Eve dinner at Bisou. It was a five course menu with several selections for each course. When we entered the restaurant we were created by the chief. We were given a table that was in a busy area and the chief came back and moved us to an end table over looking the bar area. Each course was better then the one before- the food was outstanding- just the right size and severed at a comfortable pace that allowed us to really enjoy the evening. The martini's were on the small side but other then that it was an outstanding night. When we went to leave I found the chief to thank him and tell him how much we enjoyed the meal- he thanked my by name which impressed me!
