I ate here twice on a recent business trip. Service was good and the food was delicious.

Everyone in my group was very happy with their meals both nights. Having had both the rib eye and New York strip, the rib eye was much better.

Overall, Bourbon Steak is on par with other high level restaurants and their steaks in particular are very, very good. I'll be back next time I'm in San Francisco.

An excellent space at the lobby of the Historical building of The Westin San Francis Hotel. Nice spacious seating but a bit too dark for my taste,
EXCELLENT service and steaks to die for. We had the Angus New York which was melting in your mouth and the bone in Rib Eye that was te nder and almost sweet.
Was very pleasantly surprised by apetizer that was offered by the compliments of the chef, a selection fo three different style of french fries wtih various salsas, excellent to nible while waiting for the steaks.
HAVE to try the stuffed mashrooms, quite something special and different.
Overall a great dinner, only complaint is the price but then again..this is a Steakhouse adn this is San Francsisco :-)

We enjoyed our dinner here, but be prepared to pay a lot! The food was good, but everything was a la carte. Everyone in our party had steaks and they were all good. Service was good, but almost too much. When they brought our meals, there were 3 or 4 waiters at the table. A little overwhelming!

We were glad that we had the Bourbon Steak experience, but probably wouldn't go back again. The Oak Room in the hotel was just as good and not quite as expensive.

Went here for a work dinner following a day of meetings. A lot of business travelers mixed with tourists and locals.

I had the tuna tartare prepared table side to start. It was fabulous and so very fresh. The baby quail egg added a very nice touch.

Dinner was the diver scallops. Loved the scallops but not thrilled with the banana and spring roll accompaniment.

We followed the waiters advice and got 3 sides for 6. Too much food but the Brussels sprouts and Mac n cheese were both fantastic.

Wine list good and reasonable.

Wait staff attentive to start but then faded. Our main courses took longer than normal to come out but no complaints just be aware.

All in all good eats!

We have stayed at the Westin a few times now and this restaurant is a true gem of the hotel. Making reservations for New Years Eve, they featured a menu which offered a great variety of dishes to choose from. Service was exceptional and ambiance was modern with a great feeling of old world charm. When wanting to treat yourself to a 5 star meal this is the place.
