Fun place to get a nice hamburger. This restaurant has a great view of Union Square. We asked a local cop where to get a good hamburger and this is the place he recommended and we would too.

The food was really delicious. However, we waited just under an hour for a table. Although there were empty tables in the restaurant, waiting staff had been told not to sit anyone as the kitchen was behind with orders. We only found this out by overhearing a conversation with another customer waiting. The TV at the table didn't work but that was ok as it meant we had to talk to each other! Once seated and order placed, the food came very quickly. The burgers were really tasty. The waitress was very friendly.

Nice atmosphere with very good view of Union Square Park. Asked for reservations and were given window seat. Service ok, gaps in visits to table. Would go again.

Went with friends after Cheesecake Factory wait too long. Seated straightaway and when asked the server to do two orders he was quite dismissive and said he would sort it at end of meal. Drinks and food arrived no problems - had an American burger and think the bacon was either fried or overcooked as it was so greasy and tasted horrible!.. All the other food to be fair went down well. From here is when we encountered problems - the server got the cheques wrong and had mixed up who had what - this happened 4 times as he presented 4 bills to us and quite frankly was very embarrassing and spoilt the end of our night!.. The staff should do as asked and take separate orders when requested to avoid this shambolic service at what was otherwise a nice meal. Put us off returning.

Went to Macy's to eat at the Cheese Cake Factory at Macy's and even on a weekday early evening the wait was too long for the family. Dropped down two floors and got a great meal of fish and chips and beer for about 16 buck. The kids did the kids menu and went away happy and I saved a ton of money that I would have spent two floors up.
