“Great gluten free pizza”
Reviewed September 22, 2013 via mobile

We visited here whilst on a short break to San Francisco, we'd heard great things about the place from the owner of the hotel we were staying in and the fact they do gluten free meant we just had to visit as finding decent gluten free pizza is near impossible. We decided to share the American style Smokey BBQ with gluten free crust and I have to say it was the best pizza we have ever had, and you couldn't even tell it was gluten free. If this hadn't have been our last night in San Francisco then we would definitely be going back.

“Massive Pizza”
Reviewed September 21, 2013

We stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday, the wait time was 20 minutes and it was worth it. we were a party of four, we ordered the large salad and a Sicilian pizza. Both were delicious. The pizzas was massive and we could only eat half of it. Nice wait staff.

the Margherita pizza and calzone were great
not the best we've had but great
the hostess were both nice and polite which made the wait better

the bartender( Lance Armstrong looking) was VERY rude & condescending (main reason for the one star ! )
the wait was 98 minutes

it's much more like a typical corner bar that serves pizza than a restaurant (VERY noisy & loud) , not the calm I'm having a nice meal and relaxing with a nice bottle of merlot. Not a nice restaurant

“Great pizza and meatballs spaghettis !”
Reviewed September 19, 2013

We went there since Tony won the world championship several times. The Margherita is really good even though it is quite simple. The meatballs spaghettis are awesome and a good value for money.

“Sooo good!”
Reviewed September 18, 2013

We had the Margharita thin crust and a huge loaf of garlic bread with cheese. The crust was thin, but chewy, not crispy. The garlic bread had large pieces of real garlic on each slice. Service was fast and friendly, food was delicious. One nice feature is that they'll take your cell number so that you can walk around nearby Washington Square park while you wait for your table, and they'll call when it's ready!

One drawback though-- only one unisex restroom in the whole restaurant. But here's a tip if you're waiting...ask the bartender if you can use the other bathroom..it's employees only, but they allowed us to use it!
