“You will want to see who is playing this place.”
Reviewed April 14, 2014

This is the kind of place you will find the new up and coming top music makers. You will want to check them out. See who is playing and plan ahead as there will be a line if the band is good. We don't use cabs anymore in this area and SF. We use services like lyft, Uber and Sidecar. Look them up on a search. Make this a place to have a drink when you are in SF.

“Absolute favorite place to catch a concert!”
Reviewed November 8, 2012

This place is hands down my favorite place to catch a concert in the Bay Area. I was first turned onto this place when I went to go see the Jonny Craig, Eye Alaska (now Roy English), Tides of Man and ModSun concert several months back. Since then, I have been back on a handful of times to catch various indie/rock bands and have been impressed each time.

Street parking is never an issue and the area is relatively safe to walk around after the concert lets out. The drink prices are reasonable and the venue is super intimate (you could be standing in the back and still be closer to the stage than most other venues).

Do yourself a favor and catch a concert here sometime (and listen to Jonny Craig).

“Great venue.”
Reviewed February 27, 2012

Just plan on calling a cab to get home after (unless you like to walk). Middle of nowhere, great venue. Note, very safe neighborhood, so safe to walk to downtown from there.
