Oh Uncle Jesse, I wouldn't have blamed you for saying that every time you came home and saw all the tourists taking photos of your house.
I stop at Alamo Square because my niece is watching "Full House" in syndication and it was her request. While it is just a park located in the middle of a city block, the houses around it are quite pretty especially with the city in the background. It's very pretty and there are lot of tourists at all times of the day taking photos.
If you have the time, check it out. It was cute but I wasn't that impressed but what can I say? I'm a jaded NYer.

“Saturday morning Exercise”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 30, 2013

We walked through the picturesque Streets to Alamo Square having seen the reviews on the Internet and enjoyed our stroll in beautiful late November sunshine. Whilst we have never seen "Full House" and therefore the specific row of houses had no particular link, we did enjoy all the views back to the city. We also had fun mingling with all the strollers and dog walkers out enjoying the weather. It was good to take a break for a while from the hustle of Union Square and get a true flavour of the City.

“Snore.”

I don't get why people want to go here so much. Are there that many obsessed "Full House" fans out there? Really?
Anyway, it's a small row of houses. If you've seen the pictures, you have seen all there is to see. There is much more interesting architecture all over the city, and there are certainly way better parks.

“A relaxing park to enjoy”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 4, 2013 via mobile

We happened to pass by this park and just HAD to stop. Luckily found a parking place (free) and strolled first around to see the houses that ring the square. Six famous row houses were very picturesque and the sloping grass provided a view clear to the Transamerica building. Lolling on the grass we relaxed until smelling a bit too much smoke of the local variety.

“Touristy, but worth it!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 15, 2013 via mobile

My friend and I rode the bus (an adventure in itself! Everyone was so helpful- i recommend it!) to this park. We were so excited to see the Ful House houses! We sat in the grass and took a milion pictures. I found the theme song on youtube, and we listened to it a few times.

It was rather crowded with tourists, and you can't actually go up to the houses, but it was just a really fun, special part of our trip.
