How can anyone not love this park? It gives you the most photographed spot in San Francisco. Yup, it's the view that you most often see on SF postcards which is a row of Victorian houses with the financial district skyline in the background.

For best photography, visit in the late afternoon or during sunset when the sun is shining towards the Victorian houses.

You can see beautiful Victorian house all over SF and you don't have to drive though this park to see them. Although on a beautiful day it is a nice park and they do have a lot of community events in the area.

The title says it all! It's such a nice place to go with beautiful houses and buildings around. The Painted Ladies are really very pretty. From the hill you can see the city as a background which makes for wonderful pictures.

The place where tradition and modern building merge.
The painted lady and the financial district in the background: wonderful.

Wish I could've made it here during the day, but got there just after sunset. Cool but couldn't get a good picture of the houses in the dark.
