“Bring your Kite”
Reviewed December 27, 2013

nice and sunny at the field, people where flying kites and sitting on the lawn. We admired the lovely boats and white yachts and looking at the Golden Gate. We got a picnic lunch at the nearby Safeway store and had a wonderful time. Not to forget Fort Mason

“A different perspective of the Golden Gate Bridge”
Reviewed December 21, 2013

I always do a Crissy Field walk every time I visit San Francisco - did this six times and I'm still loving it. I recommend starting at the Golden Gate Bridge (take Muni 28 from Lombard Street, 28 also starts from the Marina district). Take the dirt path down to the warming hut, and then follow the joggers! See Mark de Suvero sculptures and enjoy the fresh air! End at the Palace of Fine Arts to take Muni 30 to head to Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown or back to the Market Street and the Caltrain station.

“Best pictures spot”
Reviewed December 18, 2013

Dip your feet in the Ocean and take wonderful pictures of the Golden Gate bridge... Afterwards go grab a coffee in the cafeteria just behind the beach, and enjoy the view.

“My favorite park in San Francisco”
Reviewed December 16, 2013

I have a very soft spot for this beautiful park. It's perfect for a stroll, a jog, a bike ride, &/or a walk on the beach. Amazing photo opportunities of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, as well as lots of shore birds, sailboats and the like.

Nothing to dislike.

“GREAT place for a bike ride with kids!”
Reviewed December 5, 2013

We rented bikes on Fisherman's Wharf and biked (my 9 and 6yo sons) to Crissy Field and the Golden Gate Bridge. We stopped at Crissy Field for some GREAT photos and relaxing. The SFMOMA installation was neat to see. In general, a beautiful large, open space right on the water with great GG Bridge views and neat exhibits at the Visitor's Center.
