We recently returned to RN74 as we had such an enjoyable meal there many years ago when it first opened. We spent a long time waiting in the bar area for our table as we wanted a booth, but that was ok as the drinks were good. After a recommendation from one of the bar staff, I ordered the risotto. It was delicious while my husband ordered the pate. Both very good but the crostini's seemed particularly hard and crunchy and dangerously near to cracking my soft teeth. Both our entree's were excellent, seafood and lamb but where it wasn't up to expectations was the desert. We ordered the eclair to share but it was a different take on an eclair - very small and not worth the price. It was a shame to leave disappointed after such a great meal. Both starters and entrees were a decent size and when you pay nearly two hundred dollars for a meal, you expect it to be up to expectations. All in all a good place but leave the deserts.
