This is a fantastic place to dine and hangout with friends, family, and colleagues. We ordered a variety of appetizers And a couple of entrees. I enjoyed every dish and will definitely go back. Keep Up the great work Michael Mina and team. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal in your restaurants.

We had a late lunch here and really enjoyed the ambiance. The food was pretty good, although they shut down at 2 pm to transition to dinner, and I wish they would have had a spot where we felt more comfortable continuing our business meeting.

As visitors to USA choosing a restaurant is a bit of a lottery but we were very pleased with our choice of RN 74. We only booked on the day but were able to procure a table & not have to wait to be seated. At first the noise from the bar was quite loud bur as it emptied out &/or people came into dine the atmosphere improved. Our wait person was charming, friendly & courteous. The Cheese souffle was superb & the pate was thick & flavoursome although could have done with more bread accompanying it.. The salmon was delicate & perfectly cooked but possibly could have done with more of the ginger flavour .As nothing on the wine list ( which varied in price from reasonable to out of the stratosphere ! ) stood out we went with the sommeliers choice of a German Reisling they had in their cellar . This was a disaster - it was frothy when poured & bubbly on the tongue - despite the assurances that this was the style of wine we were not satisfied. Being big wine enthusiasts & from a biggish wine growing ( for the size of our country) & exporting nation we are reasonably au fait with white wines. This wine just did not taste right & to us seemed fermented. The sommelier did actually ( although with no acknowledgement which was quite rude ) come & take it away & in their mitigation, they bought us 2 complimentary dessert Reislings ( which were delicious ! ) & did not charge us for the aforementioned which was very much appreciated. The dessert of Olive Oil Ice cream accompanied by Kaffir Lime Pannacotta with Huckleberries & tarragon cake was sublime . Food presentation was excellent & we did enjoy our evening although it was somewhat spoiled over the wine debacle - it was the last night of our holiday & we felt as if they were almost trying to "put one over " 2 gullible females -to give them the benefit of the doubt maybe this was not what they intended but to us it felt like they were getting rid of old stock.
