The moment I stepped foot in this little gem of an attraction, I fell even more in love with San Francisco. It felt as if I was transported to Japan for the day (or should I say, for the hour!). The scenery was beautiful and it was so peaceful. The weather was brilliant on the day we visited, which made the experience even better! I highly recommend visiting this spot, if you're every passing through Golden Gate Park... you won't regret it.

Calm and peaceful. The cherry blossom is currently out. There are a number of spots to stop and relax. There is a large pond with carp and a number of bridges over the water. Good opportunities for photos.

enjoyable, quiet, but very busy even on weekdays. Could have used more servers and a little expansion as its very popular but very small.

It's a oasis. Some the the shrubs were in bloom. This added bright splashes of color the the lush green vegetation. There are some beautiful Japanese pagodas and lanterns. Also they had ponds, creek, and water fountain. I enjoyed this and I feel it was worth the time and fee. It made for a quieting time.

It was cool, especially since the blossoms were out, but the Garden is really small and the Japanese structures aren't very well kept. The Garden part looks great, but for the same price ($7) you can go to the Botanical Gardens and it's huge and amazing.
