Lesson learned. No matter how expensive the room rate, if it is the cheapest in a given location, expect low comfort and quality. $200 per night (yes you will be paying this in 2017) will buy a very nice room at a great hotel in most of the US. Just not San Francisco. This hotel is across the street from the Salvation army making the neighborhood "homeless central". Not judging, just decide if that is the experience you want for your family. While the room appeared clean my wife woke up with several bug bites the first night. The second night we got clean sheets and changed the bed our self. More bites found the next morning.

Stayed after a ballgame. Old beds, broken bath faucet, duct tape holding drawer front on, a car got broken into over night in the parking lot. Lots of homeless milling around. $30 is what this was worth, for the shower. Totally ripped off. Wyndham should be embarrassed to call this one of their properties.

This place was terrible. There were so many people doing drugs in the parking lot and around the stairways. It is noisy day and night. The floor in the room was very sticky, and they forgot to replace the towels. You do not want to walk around at night around this place. It is unfortunate since it is centrally located to many places.
