The interior was clean and bright. The staff was just plain fun! We tried empanadas, lemon chicken, ensaladilla rusa, and ceviche. Next time, sangria!!!

“Simple,good, great value”

We went to the Valencia St. location and had a great dinner of a half chicken, mojitos and pisco sours. Excellent service sitting at the bar and a wonderful meal with the best sweet potato fries and outstanding rotisserie chicken.

This venue serves up authentic, high quality Peruvian fare. Party-like atmosphere and attentive, personable staff. I would definitely go again and would bring my friends!

“Is this really Peruvian Cuisine?”
Reviewed April 20, 2014

We visited a location at 524 Valencia Street (at least that is what their business card says; we walked there with someone else and I was not familiar with the neighborhood). There was some confusion as the signage says "Peruvian Cuisine", but I do not equate that cuisine with a "Rotisserie". The place was full and it seemed like we were lucky to get a table. The menu was more akin to "tapas", with the main entrée mostly limited to chicken. We all ordered the rotisserie chicken. The food was delivered very quickly; almost too quickly as we had ordered some appetizers. The food was tasty, but the portions were not that large and the price was pretty high, given the size of the entrees. I am not a fan of going in for dinner, paying a higher than average cost and then still being hungry when I leave. Regardless, the food quality was good and it was tasty. I did not give it more starts due to the entrée size and pricing; not due to the food.

“My first Peruvian restaurant”
Reviewed April 20, 2014

Just what we needed after a long day of sightseeing. Quick service, not fussy, but interesting atmosphere. We ordered the excellent house sangria and then ceviche which was amazing! A whole spice rubbed chicken, yucca fries and two hanger steaks with chimichurri. Sounded like way too much food....but we ate every bite!
