Enter the lofty, cool, and shady space with its tall, concrete pillars, murals of old California, brilliant stained glass windows, small, jewel-like chapels, and find calm and repose. Go outside and enjoy the small fountain in the cloistered area, gaze upon the views of the city, and then walk through the neighborhood and up to the Alice Marble Tennis Courts, which afford amazing, expansive views of the Golden Gate Bridge, the Bay Bridge, and the city. Continue just a half block to Lombard Street, and then on to Coit Tower.
