I have stayed at this hotel many times and always have a great stay. This time had some disappointments. I had my grandkids with me this time so booked a suite. Because of my Ambassador status I received an upgrade which was lovely. There was plenty of room for the four of us and a great view. The problem came in the evening after I promised the kids a movie in the room. I could not find any movies on the TV channels and called for assistance. I got no answer on guest service, front desk operator, housekeeping- any line I tried. No answer for over 30 minutes. My husband finally went down to ask and find out there are no movie channels- even for purchase at this hotel. Even though the room information flyer in the room states that there is. This, coupled with lack of phone service was very unexpected at this property. I mentioned it on checkout and was told this is a common complaint. Easily fixed I would think. I will stay here again but never with my grandkids.
On a positive note, the valet Sal is a shining star. Always makes me feel welcome.More
