They over booked our boat or let people from a later boat on instead of us as we were told to wait for the next boat. Seems like they should check tickets as people are boarding or not oversell. They are willing to refund our money. I am so glad we waited as the kids loved it.

Ride The Ducks is a timed tour experience; to which we never oversell seats. We are happy to make reservations for our guests so they may plan their day. We start our boarding process 15 minutes prior to the tour and strive to depart exactly on time.

Often guests may experience difficulty in arriving due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic and parking issues. In our efforts to make sure that all guests have the opportunity to experience our product we will sometimes allow guests with later tour times; guests relations issues; or who may have missed their previous tour to "standby" at time of exact departure. This allows those seats to not go empty and give the opportunity to others who may wish to ride. Guests who show up after their scheduled reservation departure time will be accommodated on a later tour with seats if available.

We do what we can to make all of our guests happy! In this instance we apologize for not being able to get this guest on board and hopefully were able to accommodate them without any issues.

We have beens on Duck Tours in several cities. Always find them to provide great entertainment, history and facts. We had Sky as driver in SF and he was great. Really helped us see city and get a lay of the land. Great combination of land and sea and so we didn't have to also do a boat tour. We love The Duck

We had arrived on a red eye and were waiting for our room to be prepared when we walked past the Duck. The kids talked me into it, as I was VERY reluctant. Being from the area, I thought it was a tourist trap. It is, but it was surprisingly fun and informative. We saw a lot of SF and had fun doing it. The best part was the kids were all encouraged to 'drive' the boat when we went in the water. Very fun, but it is cheesy. Once I embraced my inner California Cheese, it was great.

I was not in the mood for a tour forced into it by my daughters. Our tour guide was Jess Kiddin and his spirit made up for the annoying pushy blonde photographer and unhelpful salespeople:) we learned a lot of interesting facts about San Francisco and walked away happy:)
