There changes not much. And this is good. Lot of people, the bushman, the sea lions, the fishing ships and the musicians. Always great.

Lots of bars, restaurants and things to see. The sea lions, fresh sea food, and people watching are the best.

I was quite disappointed with the Fisherman's Wharf. We stayed one night here on the last night of our Sonoma anniversary trip in order to get a little closer to the airport. I was expecting something like Navy Pier in Chicago, or the waterfront in Seattle or San Diego. This was far, far worse. It is extremely dirty, litter everywhere, homeless everywhere, pan handling everywhere and the street/parking lot/path infrastructure was in disrepair everywhere. Graffiti everywhere. I didn't see any police officers anywhere either. You would think with this kind of influx of tourists and population density there would be police on segways, walking around, or on horses or something. I didn't see one. And our car was broken into. Skip the wharf and find something else in the bay area to see. Get a clue San Francisco.

Waited many years to be able to visit. So deception is triple...this place was more a market in the Vietnam during the war than a fisherman’s wharf and market. Low quality food, expensive for what they serve. Place was terribly dirty. No parking spaces. Would not recommend to anybody. Pier 39 is nicer.

This such an ol'American thing with funfairs and smells of coffee and sea. Lots of shops and restaurants around, you can't miss out the Fish and chips!
