We stopped at IHOP for breakfast before starting our day of sightseeing(husband and 3 kids.) The service was slow despite the fact that the restaurant was not very busy. When we finally received our food it was like warm at best. You could tell it had been sitting under the lights for a while. When we first sat down we were told by our first server that they work in teams and we would have 3 servers. All three disappeared for a long period of time which would explain why our food sat instead of being delivered right away. I had to ask for milk three times for my tea which was also cold by the time i received the milk. Clearly the "team" approach is not working here.
