We visited this restaurant for dinner on a Saturday night in July. Very busy but we were seated within 15 minutes by friendly staff members. The mixed drinks and food were excellent. If you are looking for something to fill you up for hours then I would suggest the soup and salad. The Clam Chowder is one of the best I have ever had and the salad was fresh and very good. I would like to add the calamari is also great. You can request a bay view when you arrive. It might take a little extra waiting time for a table to become available but it is well worth the wait. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We were here after going on an hour-long boat cruise throughout the bay and we were freezing as well as starved. We came in and ordered our food. The customer service was impeccable. Our Food came and it was delicious. The sourdough clam chowder bread bowl was the same price as anywhere else but the seating here was much nicer. The fish and shrimp were all magnificent and the view was unparalleled. What more could I say?

At light by splitting a bowl of chowder and two crab cocktails for four adults. Pretty good. Very good service.

Upstairs at Pier 39 - Went with a group of 6 and we all ordered the clam chowder in the bread bowl and 5 Anchor Steam beers. So, while we were waiting for the clam chowder, out came the sour dough bread basket and the buttah. Most of us were getting full from the large glass of beer, too! Everything was delicious! Would go back there again.
