The Golden Gate Bridge is a historic logo on many mugs, shirts, and postcards. To me it is so much more! The craft and care put into making this bridge so beatiful and iconic is amazing. Along with a beach that walks right up to the bridge starting at Baker Beach. Many things around the bridge to see and adventure too. Hiking or just driving by it is truly breath taking!

Luckily went to see this amazing icon before the smokey air descended. Did walk about 1/3 of the way over - great views. If the air was clearer I would have taken the boat tour in the Bay.

My friends and I decided to walk over the Golden Gate Bridge and loved every minute and 1.7 miles of it. If you have the time, definitely walk or bike to take more time to enjoy the views and architecture! It’s stunning in person, and the views are great! Be warned it is loud to walk on the bridge. While you have a sidewalk, the cars zipping by are loud and it’s hard to talk to friends, but still worth it. If you are really feeling energetic like us, walk into cute little town of Sausalito and take the ferry back to San Fran.

Memorable ride crossing the most iconic San Francisco sight. Renting your bike near Fishermans Wharf and cycling to Sausalito will take you about 2 hours, stopping along the way to capture the beautiful views. The way back is more uphills, so you always have the option to get the ferry back. Make sure you have lunch, drink (or both) in Sausalito!

Wasn’t able to walk the bridge but our tours took us over it a couple of times. Quite amazing. Maybe on our next visit.

A very magnificent place for photos.
You have to go there near sunset while they started to lighten up, it’s amazing at this time

You can either walk or rent a bicycle to get to and over the bridge. We walked along the parks near Golden Gate and across the bridge. Beautiful views and a nice walk.

As beautiful and majestic as ever, the Golden Gate Bridge never disappoint, got underneath the bridge at the last exit before crossing and captured a magnificent sight, we were lucky that the weather was so good.
