“Bucket list moment”
Reviewed May 25, 2013

Seeing the bridge up close was something on the bucket list. We got drive over the bridge and walk over it. Still one of the most top attractions in San Francisco. When walking, there are lanes for walkers and bikers. Might be better if walking was on one side of the bridge and biking on the other.

“Stunning”

The Golden Gate Bridge is an art deco masterpiece, in my opinion. I used to live in the city, and I have never tired of driving or, better yet, walking across it. Absolutely Gorgeous.

“One of the most famous bridges in the world”
Reviewed May 25, 2013

It's a must see: You can see it from the waterfront, but get on the 28 bus and GO THERE. Or take a boat ride with one of the fishing boats and see it from the water. Or bike across. The park and visitors center are nice. There is a sidewalk if you want to walk out on the bridge. It's very worth the walk along the paths, near the batteries, and down on to the beaches - amazing photo opps.

“Walk this if you can”

You get some good views from the bridge, but it is really windy when walking across it, you can hire bikes to cross it if you dont fancy walking

We crossed the bridge on out way the Muir Woods. We learnt about the construction of the brige and some others stories behind the scenes. Nice to see, then we went under it on a ferry.
