The intricate details of the Palace are amazing! We saw three couples getting married outside the Palace. The water surrounding makes it a great place to spend on a quiet afternoon or just to take some fabulous pictures in the park.

While biking along the wharfes and on our way to the Golden Gate Bridge, we detoured over to the Palace of Fine Arts. (near Chrissy Field)
So pretty and unusual!

It's a nice little surprise that people visiting San Francisco wouldn't normally see. It's worth the ride and the Presidio is a really nice part of the city. Gorgeous architecture - I took way too many pics!!

This place is beautiful. Take at least half an hour to see the architecture as it is brilliant, but longer if you have time.

A bit strange to find such an amazing structure so far away from it all, located near the Presidio, we took the 30 bus there one evening to check it out.
The place is amazing, and very un-San Francisco looking, if you have the time do go there and stroll around the grounds, I don't know if anything is planned for the place, but whatever happens to the place, it's grand enough to leave a lasting impression to anyone who visits.
Too bad we didn't see a bar or restaurant in sight, would have been lovely to sip a glass of wine overlooking this place.
