“Simply Beautiful!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 11, 2012

We only spent less than thirty minutes walking around and taking pictures. But it took my breath away. I could spend hours here marveling at the architecture. I will be back for a prolonged visit!

“Great Experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 8, 2012

You will need to spend an entire day here; well depending on the exhibit. It's worth seeing even if you don't go inside

“Must See!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 8, 2012 via mobile

Catch the 30 bus along Stockton and stop at Broderick and Beach st. Walking along beach at you start to see the enormous columns and to then see the structure and garden slowly appearing is amazing. It was built for an international expo in early 1900s. The inside is a science hall for kids so nothing for adults. Enjoy the sight if the outside structure and its FREE! Then later you can walk to Crissy Field across the road to see the Golden Gate Bridge in entirety. Later take the same bus or walk to Chesnut st for a local neighbourhood feel. Catch 30 bus back to Stockton st and union square. Along this route you will see china town grocery shops and an Italian strip. Plus fishermans wharf area. It's a whole day trip and great when its sunny.
