“Nice place”
Reviewed July 29, 2012

Went there on friend's advice, Tony's Clam is a very nice place opposite the beach, on a very busy road, the chowder was hot and good portion of clams. The onion rings were the best, light battered and fired perfect. The clam was cooked nicely but it was not very not fat belly which I expected. The steamer were cook perfect and not very sandy. Good place for eating across a beach.

“Awesome hidden GEM...go-go-go!!!!”
Reviewed July 21, 2012

Can't say enough! Great outdoor location across street from the beach with path along bay to walk/run off the calories while overlooking Boston skyline...wow! We had fantastic seafood and incredible portions of great fried clam strips and HUGE lobster roll. Who cares if its $18 - it feeds 2 and that's the going price anywhere for just average!! Same with all plates - you really can share to save $$ with their lg. portions. Downside...no liquor...but knowing that be discreet and just bring your own...it's outside takeout and casual on a deck no one cares! GO GO GO!!

“Best Lobster Roll and Ocean Front Dining”
Reviewed July 18, 2012

You have to visit this place. While visiting Boston for a wedding, my oldest son searched for ocean dining and lobster roll recommendations. Found this gem. You are literally right across the street from the ocean and view of Boston and the harbor. Best lobster roll ever. Stay away from the fried lobster though, tough and too doughy. No alcohol or beer.

“As good as any Cape clam shack. And just minutes from Boston. Great views to go with the food.”

Great food. can be a bit expensive, but great quality. A must visit. And the fries are my favorite.

“What's happened .....”
Reviewed June 21, 2012

Tony's used to be our favorite place on the Boulevard. What's happened to it? Now its too busy, overpriced, greasy food. What a shame!!
