We took the Lighthouse and Park Tour in August. Very informative. Beautiful Views. Definitely recommend this tour if you have the time. It's a 2 3/4 hour tour.

Went out on the Bay King III on a 45+ mile, 3-hour tour (cue soundtrack from Gilligan's Island here) on the day that the Margaret Todd schooner sails were canceled due to high sea swells from Hurricane Katia. The trip was spectatcular in every way. The historian narrated the entire trip (maybe a little too much narration) in a fun, interesting way, and the surf made for some awesome photographs. The lighthouses viewed (I think there were 6) were extremely photogenic, as was the entire trip in an around Acadia and across to Schoodic Point. Definitely take this tour!

MY wife and I had a great time. We saw multiple sightings of three whales. One appeared right next to the boat! It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon and the ocean was pretty calm. Staff are friendly and informative. Worth the money and the time.

We sat at the back right corner of the boat on the lower level. Had a great view. Tip: go inside just before the end of the whale sightings to get a coffee and an inside seat for the journey back. After a couple of hours in the sun and cold air of September, you will appreciate the warmth of the cabin.

We had been looking forward to this since we first planned on visiting the area. We had a great day for whale watching and we lucky enough to see six humpback whales. One came as close as 5-10 feet from the boat! The captain did a good job of moving the boat around to make sure everyone got up close views of the whales. The narration was interesting and he did a good job of interacting with the passengers. The only things that were dissappointing to us was our first place on boat, we could not hear what was being said. We were able to move which solved that problem. The other thing that dissappointed the kids was the crew passing around a piece of baleen for the upper deck but it never made it down to us. For the most part, it was a great trip and highly recommended.

My husband and I really enjoyed this trip, we saw lots of humpback whales, dolphins, and all kinds of sea birds! We were able to take some wonderful pics and video. Would recommend this attraction, but would advise you to take Dramamine prior, even if you dont get motion sick, the water that day was slightly rough, yet there were several people who were GREEN!!
