“Food was delicious, a little spendy for kids”
Reviewed July 10, 2014 via mobile

Restaurant setup was very nice, we sat upstairs and had the deck to ourselves. Steamed lobster was delicious, soup sampler was the perfect way to introduce clam chowder and lobster bisque to the kids. The bisque was fantastic, I could have eaten a big bowl of that. Lobster carbonara and the lobster and crab club were also wonderful. Out waitress was attentive and exchanged my drink I didn't like with no fuss and no charge. It was the lavendertini in case you're wondering, vodka and lavender, I was being adventurous and it back fired, too much lavender for me but maybe yummy if you like that sort of thing. Overall a good family dinning experience with mild sticker shock at the end.

“Delicious”
Reviewed July 9, 2014

This was a ve ry exceptional restaurant and we picked it because of the busy but not overflowing patio. We had the seafood pasta and it was very good as well as the lobster club sandwhichs, though the sanwhiches were quite expensive.

“Great outdoor patio”
Reviewed July 7, 2014

We watched the USA soccer world cup game from the patio. It was lively and active. Bartenders were great. Good specials, although we did not try any of the food. Would definitely go back.

“Fresh Air Table With View”
Reviewed July 4, 2014 via mobile

That would be a view of the 4th of July.crowds! Seriously this was a nice outdoor eating patio. Had the lobster bisque which was rich but a very small serving for a bowl. Closer to a normal cup serving. Minimal service.

“First taste of fresh atlantic halibut”
Reviewed July 3, 2014

Did not plan on eating here (based on some feedback from tripadvisor). All the restuarants that we wanted to eat at near our hotel had waiting times. So we decided to get a bottle of wine and sit outside at a table near the main intersection of all the activity in this area. The table was great, we were able to hear some local music talent in the town green right next to the restaurant.
It was getting later (around 8:00) so we decided to order food since we were already here. Tommy (the bartender and our server) was great!!! We both ordered the fresh halibut (served two different ways). Both our meals were excellent. Fish was cooked just right and the sides were just as good. I guess it just goes to show that not all tripadvisor feedback can always be accurate. If we go back, we will definitely eat here again, especially were it is located and the al fresco choices that are available. Never had atlantic halibut before so this was a memorable experience for us. We stopped at a local fish market on the way home and brought back some of the fresh halibut. Thanks Cherrystones!!!
