I stayed here for a business meeting for a week and was quite dissapointed with the hotel. Its definitely not what I expect when selecting the Hilton brand. The rooms are extremely tired and in desperate need of a makeover. Paint is peeling on the walls, mold around the shower, cracked floor tiles, and the list goes on. The pool areas are dated too with chipped paint, moss/slime on some areas.

The staff, however, has been pleasant and went above and beyond to relocate me to a new room after I had many issues with my 1st room.

Wi-Fi is good when available but for $15/day (even as Honors member) it should be thought the hotel. Wi-Fi not in halls, pool area, etc. Very poor coverage for the premium price being paid.

Overall I gave 3/5 stars which might be on the generous side. If you're looking for standard Hilton quality you won't find it here. I will not return.

It started out with relatively minor inconveniences, the complimentary drink has an open seal and was leaking. The washing machine doesn't work so you have to chase down another one on another floor. The dryer doesn't work well so even when drying a medium load on high you're forced to pay another $2 for a second round. Then it progressed to globs of dried boogers on the shower curtain that you find once you're already in the shower. Then they fail to replace it when they service the room the next day, despite calling and letting them know ahead of time, so you have to go find an attendant to take care of it. The locking mechanisms don't work well so a coworker had to be moved to another room because his lock stopped working in the middle of the night. The toilets don't work well, and anything that goes down will resurface again a couple hours later. Everything is dated. Everything. I understand resort pricing, but $40 for a lackluster buffet is ridiculous. I'll spend the money, but make it worth it! The one redeeming quality this place did have was a great fitness facility. It is a far cry from what it used to be, and they must let anyone and everyone in, because it's crowded and full of teenage locals that have no idea what they're doing. I have two more nights remaining, and I can't wait for it to end.

First of all, you see a unique hotel but you should think of it as 3 different properties sharing something like the parking lot.
Basic (Double tree), normal (Hilton) and superior (sort of Conrad).
And being GUAM, and being a location for Typhoons, forget any fancy building, glass and steel... but just concrete, a lot of concrete, bunker style.

Nice number of good restaurants, medium level Executive Lounge, not too overpriced shops.

Free DFS shuttle to go downtown, the others are quite poor value, ie if you plan to visit the island, rent a car... outside or at the airport, avoid the two on site facilities.

Friendly staff, very accomodating. Spacious rooms. Great pool, hot tub and beach. Convenient location, but in a quiet area. The quaint bar area is a nice area for a drink and light meal. Very relaxing experience after a long day of work

This was my second stay at this place and I would like to stay here everytime I visit guam. Amazing beach view property with great self sustained hotel facilities is key.. the pool area and the evening events are the major attractions. It facilititate wider sport as well. The hotel staff is polite and professional. The hotel is well connected by various transportation means. Had great experience
