We stayed for four nights.
We were unable to check in early as the hotel was full. But promptly at 3pm check in time, we were given our room. It was big, the views were great but it clearly need refurbishing after years of operation. While the room was clean, the toilet and bath was not, there was hair at the corner. There was half a sandwich in the mini bar. No complimentary water, both which the manager took care of as we complained. The TV did not work well but was repaired the following day.
The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The towels too. The toiletries except water were replenished everyday. The air conditioning was very cool.
The hotel location is a walk from the commercial center of Tumon but there are shuttle buses that run between the duty free store and the hotel every 20 minutes that was free.
I would recommend staying at this hotel anytime. But I hope management will still work on improvements.
The reason why I did not rate this hotel a full 5/5 is that staff attitude is inconsistent.
All Japanese and some Filipino crew at the desk are helpful and courteous.
