If you are looking for Chamorro style cuisine, or some sort of island fusion, this place isn't for you. If you are looking for a nice sit down restaurant with high quality cuisine and fantastic presentation, check Table 35 out!
My husband and I have dined at Table 35 pretty frequently since moving to Guam, as it reminds us of being back in CT. The atmosphere of the restaurant is upscale modern. It is an absolutely wonderful spot for a date night.
I highly recommend the salmon or the tenderloin. Both are out of this world!
Be sure to make a reservation on the weekends as it tends to get very busy. As with every restaurant on Guam, be prepared to have a bit of downtime here and there between receiving drinks, ordering/receiving your meal, and asking for the check. As someone not from Guam, I've come to expect this at every single restaurant at one time or another.
